• Foundation Elevation Survey Using professional zip-level equipment, we measure the home's foundation elevations to identify settlement patterns and establish a valuable baseline for future comparison. 

• Limited Mold Assessment Performed by a licensed Texas Mold Assessment Consultant, this service includes a professional evaluation for suspected mold concerns, with sampling available when appropriate.

• Wood Destroying Insect (Termite) Inspection Licensed Texas termite inspections help identify evidence of wood-destroying insects and conditions conducive to infestation, providing valuable information for homebuyers and homeowners.

• Solar System Inspection Our solar inspection provides a visual evaluation of the accessible components of your photovoltaic (PV) system, including panels, mounting hardware, visible wiring, inverters, and other readily accessible equipment.
