What Your Inspection Includes

ICON Inspection & Drone Services encourages our clients to walk through the home with us, but understand you may not have time to do so.  Regardless of whether or not you attend the inspection, we will provide you with a comprehensive report which includes all of the information you need to determine the condition of the home.

Inspections typically take 1 to 1.5 hours per 1000 sq. ft. and are scheduled at your convenience. We will answer all of your questions during an informative walk-thru at the end of the inspection.

As soon as you schedule your inspection, you are provided with a personal inspection portal, housing your schedule, invoice, agreements, and reports.  When your report is published, you will receive a text and an email alerting you that the report is accessible from your portal.
