Infrared Thermal Imaging
At ICON Inspection & Drone Services, LLC, our Inspectors see things other Inspectors cannot. Thermal imaging is a non-destructive testing method that uses infrared cameras to detect sources of energy loss, locate areas of moisture intrusion, pinpoint dangerous hot spots in the electrical system, and uncover other problems such missing insulation.

ICON Inspection & Drone Services, LLC uses advanced, camera-mounted drone technology to capture digital images of unsafe or hard-to-access areas, such as tall roofs and to obtain an aerial view of the entire property. We also offer aerial photos of the property for Houston real estate listings and informational purposes. Our Inspectors are Licensed FAA Part 107 UAV Pilots and can get an up-close look at issues and defects that could cause problems down the road.
