2. Services
We provide professional property inspections, including home inspections by TREC-licensed inspectors, drone photography, and Infrared Thermal Imaging, as described on our website. Services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Obtain necessary permissions for property access, including from tenants or owners.
Failure to comply may result in additional fees or cancellation, with no refund for services not rendered due to lack of access.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Fees are as outlined in your service agreement.
5. Inspection Scope and Limitations
Inspections are visual, non-invasive assessments conducted per TREC and/or InterNACHI standards. Reports reflect conditions observed at the time of inspection and are not a guarantee of future performance or a warranty against defects. We are not liable for hidden issues, future failures, or items outside the inspection scope.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the inspection fee paid. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to property damage or financial loss. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the inspection report.
7. Intellectual Property
Inspection reports and content on our website are owned by ICON Inspection & Drone Services, LLC. You may use reports for personal purposes related to the inspected property but may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without our written consent.
8. Confidentiality
Inspection reports are provided solely to you, the client, unless you expressly authorize their release to another party, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We maintain the confidentiality of client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend services if you breach these Terms, fail to provide payment, or do not meet client responsibilities. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services rendered.
10. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Houston, Texas, before pursuing legal action. You agree to a one-year statute of limitations for any claims against us, starting from the inspection date.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at our discretion. Changes will be posted on our website and effective upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Phone numbers collected for SMS communications and SMS consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
